Here's what we do:
- Recruitment maturity reviews: a detailed review of your end to end processes with recommendations and activities provided in a structured report
- Candidate attraction: we help you build innovative inhouse advertising and attraction campaigns
- Recruitment Transformation: once we know what needs fixing ... we'll fix it for you, either as an interim manager, fractional support or under a Statement of Works, agreeing a fixed fee for the delivery of a transformed Talent Acquisition process.
- Sourcing recruitment agency supply contracts: Having been on both sides of the fence, we know what good and bad agency agreements look like. If you're considering sourcing or reviewing agency suppliers, we can support your tender and selection processes.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): We've purchased many on behalf of clients. We've also implemented and rolled out new processes. Key to this is ensuring you get what you want and not just manual workarounds.
- Creating Employee Value Propositions (EVP): we'll run sessions using our "Why you" approach. EVP's are much lauded but not always relevant to your market. We have a unique process for establishing why people Join, Stay or Leave your organisation.
- Recruitment: every agency thinks they're different and unique. We do what anyone should do but our difference is that we're owner run. With over 30 years experience in the recruitment industry, we know a few things and would love to share them with you.

Applicant Tracing System Review
Having undertaken ATS transformations for many organisations, we've developed a questioning and selection process that will really focus you and help you decide what you really need.
We'll consult with you and explore all areas of your recruitment process to ensure that, when you're ready to review systems suppliers, you have all your requirements mapped out.
Interviewing
We'll develop your interview format and questioning with you ensuring compliance.
We'll also train your Hiring Managers and Interviewers in how to question effectively, probing and competency formats.
We can also undertake interviews for you or support your team.
Upskilling your Recruitment Team
There isn't much we haven't experienced or done when focussing on talent acquisition, pre-employment checks or onboarding.

Advert writing and placement
Let us develop advert styles with your team to ensure they're more appealing to candidates and not just a copy and paste of your job description.

Pre-employment screening
We know how challenging but essential pre-employment screening is. We'll develop a more streamlined solution and show how you can use systems to progress candidates through the pre-employment process.
