About Us

Caseus Consulting was founded following projects undertaken to help organisations get their recruitment and onboarding back on track. We believe that all too often organisations overcomplicate their processes. That's why we're called Caseus (Latin for cheese). We don't deal in cheese, we just think that the easiest sandwich to make is a cheese one! Unusual analogy? Maybe, but we like to simplify where we can.

Having undertaken transformation projects with the NHS, Camphill Village Trust, Central Medical Services and various industry sectors and charities, we recognised that many organisations want to drastically improve their attraction and recruitment processes but don't have the in-house experience. This is where we come in.

With over 30 years' experience in the recruitment industry, we can cover pretty much all your needs. From undertaking a full "Maturity Review" of your processes to sourcing and implementing new Applicant Tracking Systems or pre-employment checks to developing "Innovative Candidate Engagement and Attraction" solutions.
